LIAM’S
STORY

liam-2-1 (re-touched).jpg

Liam was a young man who grew up in Inverness and, like so many, was passionate about music.  He started playing guitar when he was just six but his real passion was singing. As young as three he would always be either singing or whistling – a habit which he continued into schooling – much to the annoyance of his teachers!

A bright student who attended Inverness Royal Academy, Liam was funny and generous as a boy. Although he loved football and snooker, he was determined to pursue his ambitions in music and, with friends Sean, Stewart and Jonny, formed his first band in secondary school, (12 foot Dive) competing in the annual “Battle of the bands” at the end of term. In 2006 he attended the North Highland College in Alness to do a Higher National Certificate course in music.
